Real Estate Notes

INFORMATION ABOUT NOTES: Our real estate notes are basically contracts of seller financed properties which we sold to private individuals and/or companies. These buyers make monthly payments to the note holder in order to keep ownership of the property. Real Cheap Estate does not like to be the note holder for very long so we have developed a "Real Estate Notes" page to help sell these notes we have made. This will enable the buyer of the note to become the new note holder and collect the monthly payments that Real Cheap Estate was entitled to receive.

The point of investing in these notes is so you can eventually make a profit at the end of the note's term. If for some reason the buyer backs out of their contract and stops making the payments then you can obtain ownership of the property and keep all the payments received up until that point. We have NEVER done credit checks on any of these buyers. Basically we find them on the internet the same way we find you. However the upside is that the property value is usually higher then what we sell the note for. This means you will still benefit no matter what.

We will only record the assignment contract and deed for you. Any additional paperwork and future deed transfering will be your responsibility. We recommend you use a title company for those when the time comes. Also we will not sell the property for you in case the buyer defaults and you get ownership of the property. We have too many of our own properties to deal with.
