Q: How can you sell these properties so cheap?

A: Real Cheap Estate works at finding the best deals on properties across the nation. We work with other investment companies and we buy tax foreclosures and bank foreclosures. This allows us to keep our costs low and to keep your costs low at the same time. We don't inflate the price so high that it is ridiculous. We look to make a small profit but to also make it a bargain for you as well!

Q: Are the houses in good condition?

A: We do not thoroughly research every problem with the houses nor have we ever been to the houses we sell. We are in Florida and we invest in houses all around the nation for resale. Therefore we cannot give specific answers to what needs fixing. This is why all the property we sell is SOLD AS-IS. We will try to tell you as much as we know about the property. However we hold no guarantees to the condition. Since a lot of the houses we sell are foreclosures you can expect rehab to be needed almost always.

Q: How long does it take to obtain title?

A: This varies between counties. Some are more difficult to work with then others. Most title transfers should not take more then 6-8 weeks. That is the maximum time buffer. Most ordinary transactions take 2-3 weeks. You will receive a copy of the deed immediately after the payment is received. We will also keep you updated on the recording status of the deed.

Q: Do you offer financing options?

A: We usually have seller financing options on land property only. The reason we do not have it available for houses is because they are foreclosure and rehab houses. This gives us more liability and we cannot afford to be involved with them for years down the road. We would rather get a cash deal for houses and give you full ownership right away. If you want to finance a house we suggest you go to a private lender and get a personal loan. This way you can pay off the house and obtain title quickly while making payments at the same time.

Q: Can I list my property on your website?

A: We now have an ADVERTISE page which allows you to list one property for $5.95 per month. It is a subscription payment so it will automatically bill you unless you decide to cancel. Your listing will stay on the website as long as the subscription is active. You can change the listing at any time and keep the same subscription.
