Advertise Your Listing
We are now ready to start third-party listings on our website. Please note that you will be responsible for your own listing. This means you will answer questions that people email to you and you will take care of the transactions yourself. Real Cheap Estate LLC will NOT act as an agent for the listing. We are merely providing a service for advertising and that is all. We have over 300 subscribers on our newsletter who are all looking for discount real estate. The newsletter gets sent out at least every other week so your ad will definitely be noticed. We also have visitors from classified ads and search engines coming to our website.
There will be some requirements for the listing such as:
- All cash prices must be set under $10,000.
- All financing prices must be set under $20,000.
- You must provide accurate contact information for your listing.
- You must provide your own description and you must have at least one image for it.
The listing fee is "real cheap." For $5.95 per month you will get one listing posted on our website. If you sell the listing you can replace the old listing with a new one and keep the subscription going. If you want multiple listings at the same time then use the CONTACT US below and we will email you a special subscription link.
